Battlefield 2: Euro Force Vehicles

This page contains information on all of the new vehicles included with the Euroforce booster pack.

These vehicles are used exclusively by the new European Union army and are all of the new vehicles made by DICE for this expansion pack.
It is worth noting that the EU do not have their own versions of the following vehicles:

  • Transport Helicopter
  • Transport (DPV and Humvee)
  • APC
  • Mobile AA
  • Bomber Jet
  • Ground Defense (TOW and Mounted MG’s)

Instead, they use the equilivant USMC vehicles, such as the LAV-25 and the M6 Linebacker. Note that there are no transport helis in Euroforce, so the Blackhawk (or PLA/MEC versions) doesn’t feature anywhere in this booster.
However, despite this, the EU are the only army in the game that feature two types of Main Battle Tank for you to use. They also sport their own brand new camo schemes, only seen on EF maps, where most of the vehicles (including the US counterparts) are in a unique EU camoflague scheme.

Note for Infanty Players
Even though there aren’t a lot of new vehicles in this booster pack, the maps themselves are vehicle heavy, comparable to the PLA maps in vanilla BF2 such as Daqing, Songhua and FuShe Pass. Although Great Wall isn’t as vehicle heavy as the other two and is suited for infantry combat inside the walls themselves.
As a result, whilst this booster pack is a bargain for £5 ($10 US), if you like your infantry battles then dont be expecting a lot of playtime in the Euroforce booster.

New European Union Vehicles

The following is a list, with detailed information on the new and unique, EU vehicles for use in this booster:

European Union Camoflague Schemes

As well as the new vehicles in Euroforces, comes new camo schemes unique to this army. These schemes are added to the L2A6, Humvee, DPV and LAV-25. They are not added to the Challenger 2, which just comes in 1 standard scheme.
Additionally, the M6 Linebacker stays in its USMC desert camoflague schemes which makes it stand out compared to the other EU vehicles.
