The M11-87 and NOR982 are pump-action shotguns that fire 8 pellets (buckshot) per shell that do 25 damage each. A point-blank hit with a pump shotguns can kill in one shot, and multiple targets can be damaged with each shot, depending on range. It is interesting to note that there are no accuracy benefits to firing crouched or prone with any shotgun, making them as effective on the move as they are stationary.

Recoil also has no mathematical effect on the pump-action shotguns, since each shot is made “fresh” after a pump, though the crosshairs will jump between shots and need to be re-centered on the target. And since the initial aiming point (crosshair) of the shotguns is so large, accuracy at medium and long ranges is very poor, making the pistol the better choice at those ranges.

Cycle times between shots are long, and reload is one shell at a time.

The M11-87 and Nor982 are both 12 gauge pump action shotguns with a 7 round magazine capacity. These guns are not accurate due to large blast patterns and should be used as a close range weapon switching to a pistol for medium to longer range shots.
