Stat Specifics

B.R. - Best Round

The score of your personal best round for a given map / army.

G.R. - Global Ranking

Your personal position in the food chain for this specific map / kit / vehicle / weapon. Like the global ranking is for your global score, this is for the specific item.

Acc. - Accuracy

The specific accuracy is the number of damage-inflicting shots fired divided by the total number of fired shots from the specific weapon. Damage inflicting shots are hits to any object that has a health bar. Thus shooting a vehicle (and hitting it) will improve it, shooting a bridge not.

Ratio

The relation between two quantities expressed as the quotient of one divided by the other. Here, your kills versus your deaths while using a specific weapon / vehicle / kit.

Kills

Your kills with a specific weapon / vehicle / kit.

Example 1: you are the commander and have a medic kit, while holding your knife you drop an artillery wave on an enemy squad.

  • Global kills 6
  • Medic Kills 6
  • Commander score 0
  • Knife kills 0

Example 2: you are the commander and have a medic kit, while sitting in a mounted gun you drop an artillery wave on an enemy squad.

  • Global kills 6
  • Medic Kills 6
  • Commander score 0
  • Ground Defense 6

Deaths

Your deaths while using a specific weapon / vehicle / kit. Thus, not the amount kills by a specific weapon / vehicle / kit.

Road kills

Road kills are all kills, while using a vehicle type, which are not a direct result of the main weaponry of this vehicle. Going Carmageddon with a jeep, but also the indirect kill is a road kill. The indirect kill is the kill as result of collateral damage that is caused by your vehicles weaponry. For instance you shoot a car with the mounted gun and the car explodes. When this explosion kills an enemy pedestrian by happenstance this is a road kill. For this example: road kill ground defense = 1.

IAR

In A Round, applies to a score or number you have to obtain in one round for a certain award. Other requirements are global and should be obtained before you start the round where you want to obtain the IAR quota.

There is often a time gap between the moment you obtained your global score and the moment when the ranking database (EA and even later your BFHQ) knows you obtained a certain score. Thus if you want to obtain award X with global score Y, be sure that your BFHQ displays the needed global requirements Y before you start a game (on a ranked server, preferably an official EA server) to obtain the remaining IAR requirements for award X.

If this still doesn’t make sense to you… Just play the game (a lot), become a godlike player and all those shiny awards will popup eventually.
